Welcome to Oklahoma Integrated Care
We are an outpatient family practice and psychiatric clinic in rural Southern Oklahoma serving all ages, both in person and virtually. We offer primary care that provides continuing and comprehensive health care, for individuals and families, across all ages, genders, diseases, and parts of the body. Additionally, we provide treatment for ADHD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and other psychiatric disorders. We specialize in medication assisted treatment for substance use disorder.
All ages and stages of life are provided for, under one roof. Access to a team of dedicated Nurse Practitioners and Mental Health Professionals that work in tandem to provide timely, personalized care. Everything from an extra boost through life coaching to life debilitating grief or substance use struggles can be treated by our capable collective. We are now accepting new patients for all areas of our integrated care.
Our Approach
Aiming to provide timely, high-quality family practice and mental health care, Oklahoma Integrated Care, PLC. We’ve built a multidisciplinary community health team. We are a group of local healthcare providers with a passion for enriching lives and building a stronger community by helping to restore balance and sense of well-being to our patients.
The professionals in our group treat different age groups and have varying specialties. Older adults face a different set of emotional challenges adjusting to life’s transitions such as retirement, illness, loss of spouse. Jaree has dedicated her career to assisting seniors. Karen treats patients who are suffering with grief, loss, adjusting to major life changes; as well as counseling families. Medication assistance is offered for drug use disorder. Psychiatric medication management is available. Our clients receive individualized care by the team that best suit their needs. Life coaching, support with weight loss, goals towards better health or more balanced work-family life is offered. Our team of Family Nurse Practitioner’s also offer health injections to support you in your health goals.
In-person and remote options
Our office is conveniently located downtown in rural Ardmore, Oklahoma. If you are unable or don’t feel comfortable coming into the office, we have virtual options available. Whether it’s with our Family Nurse Practitioner or one of therapists, we’ll get your needs met.
Providing you with a safe space
In person appointments will take place in our office. Private and safe space to share your mental health concerns, have screenings completed, discuss treatment options and receive the care that best suits your needs with a qualified professional.
